- Like the majority of Sport & Social programs, this is a self-officiated league.
- Games are 55 minutes in length.
-FALL: 6 weeks.
-Includes two weeks of playoffs for all teams.
- Your registration includes a disc. You can come to JAM HQ or stay tuned for more details about downtown "Equipment Pick Up" nights to get your Frisbee.

Location Notes
All games will be played at the stadium in Centennial Park at the Rob Ford Stadium (in Etobicoke, west off of Hwy 427, north of Rathburn Rd).

All TEAMS that register by August 22nd will receive a set of 12 team t-shirts at no extra cost! Includes free shipping!
