- Like the majority of JAM programs, this is a self-officiated league.
- Games are 85 minutes in length.
- SUMMER: Monday = 7 weeks, Thursday = 9 weeks.
- No games on August 4th.
- Two weeks of playoffs for all teams.
- This is an open-gender league, which means there are no minimum gender requirements for teams. Players of any gender are strongly encouraged to play.

SUMMER: Due to construction, games will NOT be played at Downsview Park for the summer. Locations will be:
