- This is a 5 vs. 5, full-court basketball league.
- FALL: 12 weeks
- No games on October 13th.
- Two weeks of playoffs for all teams.
- All games will be officiated by Ontario Basketball referees.
- All "teams" MUST provide their own uniforms with numbers on the front and back (a set of reversible jerseys can be purchased from JAM).
- INDIVIDUAL teams will be given jerseys at the gym prior to their first game (included in the individual fee).

Games will most likely be played at Ballmatics Gym (Dupont/Dovercourt), Fairbank School (Dufferin/Eglinton) and Branksome Hall (Bloor/Mt. Pleasant).
