- This is a 5 vs. 5, full-court basketball league.
- SPRING: Monday/Thursday = 7 weeks, Tuesday = 9 weeks
- No games on May 20th & June 6th.
- SUMMER: Monday = 7 weeks, Tuesday/Thursday = 9 weeks.
- No games on August 5th.
- Includes two weeks of playoffs for all teams.
- All games will be officiated by certified Ontario Basketball referees.
- All "teams" MUST provide their own uniforms with numbers on the front and back (a set of reversible jerseys can be purchased from JAM).
- INDIVIDUAL teams will be given jerseys at the gym prior to their first game (included in the individual fee).
