League Notes
- Like the majority of JAM programs, this is a self-officiated league.
- FALL: 10 weeks.
- No games on October 12th.
- Each team will play 1 x 55 minute game (i.e. 3 sets), against one opponent.
- Two weeks of playoffs for all teams.
- Please note that on November 23rd, games will start at 6:30pm, 7:30pm & 8:30pm

All sessions will take place at Kerr Hall at Toronto Metropolitan University located at Yonge/Gerrard St.

All TEAMS that register by August 22nd will receive a set of 8 team t-shirts at no extra cost! Includes free shipping! SKILL LEVELS:
RECREATIONAL: You may be new to volleyball or have played casually for a few years. You know the basic rules of volleyball; however, you may still be learning about player positions and strategy. You are looking for a less competitive game.
INTERMEDIATE: You have played volleyball for a few years at least. You understand the rules and are comfortable with basic skills and strategies of the game. You can keep a rally going and understand how to make use of the three touch rule. You are looking for a more competitive game against skilled teams.
