- Like the majority of JAM programs, this is a self-officiated league.
-WINTER: 12 weeks.
- No games on February 15th.
- Each team will play 1 x 85 minute game (i.e. 5 sets), against one opponent.
- Two weeks of playoffs for all teams.

All games will take place at Ballmatics Gym located at Dupont/Dovercourt.
