- Like the majority of JAM programs, this is a self-officiated league.
- Games are 55 minutes in length.
- WINTER: Monday = 11 weeks, Wednesday = 12 weeks.
- No game on February 17th, March 10th & 12th.
- Two weeks of playoffs for all teams.
