- A fun but intense workout that aims to get you into shape!
- Bodyweight strength training, meets functional core work!
- Add some hills, burpees, yes burpees…, and sport-inspired cardio training!
- This HIIT / bootcamp workout provides everything you could want. All in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Classes are 55 minutes long.
