- Like the majority of JAM programs, this is a self-officiated league.
- SPRING: Tuesday = 8 weeks, Wed/Thur = 9 weeks.
- SUMMER: 7 weeks.
- No games on July 31st & August 7th.
- 55 minute games.
- Two weeks of playoffs for all teams.
- All outdoor ultimate leagues will continue to play regular point (not speed point).
